he's baaack!

I don't know if you were aware, but Jason has been missing for the past two months and he has FINALLY returned!! I cannot tell you how long we both have been waiting for this moment, I honestly think that if the bar had been even a week later we wouldn't have made it. It has been two very long, hard months since we have done anything together while he has been studying for the bar, and I am so happy to have him back. He will tell you after this experience he may never be the same man he once was, but I'm hoping a little R&R in Aruba will help bring him back to normal. Thank you all for your encouraging words and for checking in to see how he was doing, I know it really meant a lot.

Hey, stumbled upon your blog. I am jealous that Jason's was only 2 days because Adam's (or Fulton as Jason knows him) :) is 3 days and he is still taking that blasted test now. It is good to see that you guys are doing so well. I assume it is working with the same firm that he has been with in the past? Have fun on your trip!

Congrats on Jason being done! Sorry it took me so long to respond. So, about the clock. I didn't sand and yes I spray painted it. I got the spray paint at Walmart. I think it was the most expensive they had. It was a cream colored bottle. I can't remember the name. It was kind of old fashioned looking. After a couple of coats of paint we let it dry and then we sanded it. After that we stained it with Minwax stain. The stain rubbed off even more of the paint. Hope that helps!!
